We support you with the handling and organisation of the participants´registration.



4. module: Event Logistics & Time Coordination
We organise all premises for you as well as the technical equipment and take care of the participants´ catering.



5. module: Social Program & Itinerary
We create a social program for your event and plan the smooth arrival and departure of your participants.



6. module: Rooms Agency & Hotel Reservation
We search and reserve hotel rooms for your participants and take care of the clearance with the hotels afterwards.



7. module: Press Work & Conferences
We create a mailing list for the press and coordinate the entire course of press conferences.


 


8. module: Abstracts Administration & Poster Presentation
We handle the registration and administration of the abstracts as well as the configuration of the poster presentation.



9. module: Exhibition Organisation & Hosting
We escort you from the aquisiton of the participating companies to the entire winding-up of your industrial fair.



10. module: Guests of Honour & Referees
We attend to your referees and guests of honour and support you with the handling of their remunerations.



11. module: Conference Office & Information Counter
We distribute the conference material and are contact persons for the participants during your event in case they have wishes and questions.



12. module: Billing & Follow-up Care
We do the entire billing for you according to tax guidelines, and generate a final report.
