Catering for a large event

Embedded in the splendid atmosphere of a beautiful park, at the Hannover Congress Centrum everything you expect from one of the largest and most efficient conference centres of Germany awaits you. That, of course, speaks in our favour. But more than that, it speaks for the success of your event.

We are prepared for all requirements ranging from a conference to a large international congress. Altogether 3 multi-functional event halls,
7 auditoriums and 31 conference rooms, flexible in their layout totalling over 10,000 sq.m and a capacity of 12,500 seats are at your disposal. A 40,000 sq.m outdoor area can also be used for exhibitions as well as the 60,000 sq.m park area simply for relaxing.

As far as you can see spacious lawns harmonise with rare tree species and magnificently arranged flower beds. Along a sign posted path art lovers can view sculptures of famous artists, recalling the official opening of the park in 1951 on the occasion of the first Federal Horticultural Show. Another advantage are the 3.000 on-site parking space - free of charge - as well as the 4-star partner Hotel the "Congress Hotel am Stadtpark" with its 258 rooms, directly connected with the HCC.

These facts are just part of it. Together with our extensive variety of services they form a convincing overall picture. As such we can offer you a careful service concept ranging from the entire preparation to a simple support during the event assistance after the event. Well worth pointing out is our own catering service which can handle a banquet for up to 3.000 guests.
