Meeting every guest´s needs is a huge challenge, every day anew. But providing a barrier-free surrounding has ever since been a set standard at the HCC. But as it comes to accessibility, the HCC keeps investing in modern standards.
We provide 9 parking lots free of charge for disabled persons located next to the main entrances. At ground level you will reach the reception as well as all halls and conference rooms. In case of extraordinary incidents we have installed an intercommunication system.
Several barrier-free side entrances, various threshold ramps in the Stadtpark as well as many automatic swing doors that facilitate your passage way ensure a safe and pleasant stay.
Nowadays, it is understood to have doors with a width of at least 80 cm and a sufficient number of accessible lavatories.
We are happy to also provide wheelchairs to rent for your guests as long as they stay at the HCC. In case you need one, please contact the reception at the main entrance.
